Clean Up the World 2010

Clean Up the World (http://www.cleanuptheworld.org) is a community based environmental campaign that inspires and empowers communities from every corner of the globe to clean up, fix up and conserve their environment.

Now in its 18th year, Clean Up the World, held in conjunction with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), mobilises an estimated 35 million volunteers from 120 countries annually, making it one of the largest community-based environmental campaigns in the world.

4th Pa3i-LB General Assembly

The 4th General Assembly and Elections of the PA3i Los Banos Chapter was held on July 16, 2010 from 5:30PM to 9:00PM at the Agricultural Systems Cluster Lecture Hall (Old Agronomy Building), UP Los Banos. Several members who had studied or trained in Australia from various institutions attended the event.

2010 Climate Change Forum for High School Students

Climate Change Forum

The Australian Government’s Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Philippine Australian Alumni Association, Inc. (PA3i) jointly sponsored two climate change forums with the theme, “Think Globally, Act Locally,” for high school students. The main objective of the forums was to enlighten the students about enhanced global warming and its possible adverse effects on global climate.
